ambush shooting in Idaho. Cootoney County Sheriff Off Norris says
twenty year old Wes Roly shot and killed two firefighters
and wounded another before shooting and killing himself. Noris said

with Roly, but he didn't have a criminal record. He
says they haven't found a manifesto and they believe he

was living in his vehicle. Roley's accused of starting a
brush fire to lure the firefighters to the scene. Paul
Simon's A Quiet Celebration tour hit a snag when he
was forced to cancel two shows in Philadelphia over the
weekend due to chronic and intense back pain. Mark Mayfield

the tour and need not worry just yet. A statement
released by Simon reassured that he is planning to finish
the tour. We are hopeful that after this minor surgical procedure,
which has been scheduled in the next few days, Paul
will be able to complete the tour, as well as

A storm system off the southeast coast of the US
could disrupt Fourth of July travel for millions. The National
Hurricane Center said the system is expected to stall and
lose strength off the southeast coast later this week, but
an area of low pressure could develop from the system
over this upcoming weekend and that could impact the southeastern
coast Florida or the eastern Gulf Coast. The National Hurricane

Center says some possible tropical development could happen eventually, but
gave the system a low chance of developing over the
next seven days. It comes as a record number of
travelers are expected to hit the road in airports this
year for the holiday. I'm Tammy Trujillo, the man who's
accused of killing four University of Idaho students in twenty
twenty two, will apparently plead guilty to avoid the death penalty.

Brian Coberger's trial is set to start in August, but
hearing has been set for Wednesday, where he's expected to
plead guilty. The play deal will allow him to avoid
the death penalty. He would serve life in prison without
the possibility of parole. Coburger is accused in the stabbing
deaths of Xana Kernodle, Madison Mogan, Kayla Consolvus, and Ethan
Chapin I'm brad Ford.

A storm off the southwest coast of Mexico has strengthened
into a hurricane. The National Hurricane Center reports Hurricane Flossi
has maximum sustained winds of seventy five miles an hour
and is formed into a Category one hurricane. The Hurricane
Center said Flossi is about one hundred and seventy five
miles south of Manzanillo and was moving west northwest off
the Mexican coast at ten miles an hour. Harvard says

it strongly disagrees with Trump administration claims it violated federal
civil rights law. Brian Shook reports.

The Joint Task Force to Combat Anti Semitism sent a
letter to Harvard saying it found the school in violent
violation of the Civil Rights Act. ABC News reports a
Harvard letter in response says the school has taken significant
strides to combat bigotry, hate and bias. I'm Brian Shook.

Lululemon is suing Costco over its alleged sale of knockoff leggings, hoodies,
and jackets. The Canadian athleisure giant accuses Costco of violating
its patents by selling items infringing on the designs of
Lululemon's ABC pants that define jackets and the Scuba zip
up hoodies. The suit claims Costco is tricking customers into
thinking they're buying authentic Lulu Lemon items under a different brand.

Lulu Lemen is asking the wholesaler to stop selling the
items and seeks monetary damages. Mark Zuckerberg is announcing the
creation of Meta Superintelligence Labs, which will link several teams
working on artificial intelligence is part of the CEO's effort
