guilty of transporting people for prostitution, but cleared of more

are said to be seeking a five year prison term
for Ditty, but that didn't come up in Tuesday's hearing.

The CDC he has ended its emergency response to the
bird flu. Department of Health and Human Services officials say
it's because animal infections with the H five in one
strain are declining and no human cases have been reported
since February. There's when one bird flu related death since
the CDC heightened its response in April of last year.
