More than one hundred people are dead and over one
hundred and seventy missing following the catastrophic flooding in central Texas.
In the hard hit Kirk County, officials say the death
toll there is ninety five, with over one hundred and
sixty missing. Five campers and one councilor are still missing
from a girl's camp that was washed away along the
Guadalupe River. Search and rescue efforts are ongoing today. Forecasts

say scattered showers and storms may impact the region. Flash
flooding in New Mexico has killed three people. The historic
floods hit the small mountain community of Ruidoso, about one
hundred and eighty miles south of Albuquerque. The village said
a four year old girl, seven year old boy, and
a man in his forties were swept away by the floodwaters.
Over fifty rescues were conducted in the waters, while search

number of people were taken to the hospital. The Trump
administration is going after cal California for alleged Title nine violations.
The administration is filing a lawsuit against the California Department
of Education and the California Interscholastic Federation. The White House
wantson injunction on the state's policy that allows transgender athletes

Department of Education recently found California had violated Title nine.
Russia is intensifying its attacks on Ukraine, launching a major
drone attack overnight. NBC's Matt Bodner reports. It comes less
