latest use this hour in just four minutes. Recovery efforts
are underway after devastating flooding in Central Texas. The death
toll has risen to at least one hundred and twenty,
with over one hundred and seventy still missing. Officials described
search efforts as methodical to ensure no stone is left unturned.

President Trump and the First Lady will be in the
state tomorrow to tour the flood damage. Millions are still
under flood watches from parts of South Carolina to the
southern New England region. Heavy rain is hit Massachusetts, leading
to roadways being flooded in some areas. Parts of Virginia,
North Carolina, and South Carolina are at the highest risk
for flooding throughout the day. A federal judge's blocking President

Trump's executive order ending birthright citizenship. The judge also granted
class action status in the case after the Supreme Court
limited the ability of judges to block orders nationwide through
other means. Today's ruling stems from a lawsuit brought on
behalf of a pregnant immigrant immigrant parents and their infants.
Russia is ramping up its attacks against Ukraine. NBC's Raf
Sanchez reports that according to the Ukrainian government, the capital

of Kiev last night was attacked by about a dozen
ballistic missiles. Then this is a developing tactic by the Russians,
sending these blizzards of drones in to try to overwhelm
Ukraine's air defenses so that these missiles can gat through.
Local authorities said at least two people were killed. It
comes after President Trump has recently expressed his frustration with
Russian President Putin as he works to reach a peace

deal between the two sides. Dozens of workers had to
be rescued after an industrial tunnel collapsed last night in
Los Angeles. The workers were three hundred and four hundred
feet below the surface at the time, and they were
about six miles away from the tunnel's only access point.
The US's housing shortage has grown to over four million homes.
A new Zillow analysis examined the latest census data and
found the nation's housing deficit grew by one hundred and

fifty nine thousand homes in twenty twenty three, despite a
home building surge over the past five years. The analysis
found the housing shortage is driving an affordability crime that
is pushing millions of families to double up and live
with non relatives. I'm Chris Karragio. A Minnesota man is
recovering after getting stuck in a sewer. The Saint Paul
Fire Department's Advanced Technical Rescue Team responded Tuesday to a

report of a person in a sewer opening. They arrived
to find the man conscious and alert, roughly twelve feet underground.
Firefighters lowered a rescuer to the man and successfully got
him out. Paramedics assessed the man at the scene, and
he was transported to a local hospital in stable condition
for further evaluation. It's believed he may have been stuck
there for three or four days before help arrived. Olivia

Rodrigo is putting mental health First on tour, covering therapy
costs for her band and crew. Her guitarist Daisy Spencer
says the support has been a real gift and helped
reignite the value of mental health care. Rodrigo has called
therapy life changing since she started at age sixteen. Superman

is looking to fly off to a big start at
the box office. The James Gunn directed film is hoping
to collect one hundred and twenty to one hundred and
thirty million dollars domestically in its debut weekend. It's expected
to make about one hundred million internationally as well. Reviews
have been positive so far for the film, with it
holding an eighty five percent critic rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
Superman is the first film of the New DC universe.

Back in March, Kiss revealed they were performing at a
special Kiss Army event in Las Vegas in November. Now
that event's been completely revammed into Kiss Cruise Landlocked in Vegas,
which references the band's annual cruise and the itinerary got
an update. Kisses Paul Stanley, Geene Simmons, and Tommy Thayer
are now playing two performances, one electric and one acoustic,

and they've recruited bands like Rat and Quiet Riot to
perform as well. There will also be Q and A
panels and other activities during the three day event. Kiss
Cruise land Locked in Vegas is set to go down
novembernumber fourteenth through the sixteenth at Virgin Hotels in Las Vegas.
