still searching for those missing in Central Texas after historic
flooding swept through the region. At least one hundred and

The Saint Paul Fire Department's Advanced Technical Rescue Team responded
Tuesday to a report of a person in a sewer opening.
They responded to find the man conscious and alert, roughly
twelve feet underground. Firefighters lowered a rescuer to the man
