Recovery operations are now the focus of crews in central
Texas after historic flooding swept through the region. At least
one hundred and twenty people are dead and over one
hundred and seventy are still missing in the hard Hitker County.
Five campers and one councilor are still missing from a
girls camp that was washed away along the Guadalupe River.

President Trump's attempt to restrict birthright citizenship is being stopped
for now by a federal judge. The judge also granted
class action status in the case after the Supreme Court
limited the ability of judges to block orders nationwide through
other means. The order has been stayed for seven days
by the judge to allow the government time to appeal.

Baltimore police and fire teams responded to what's being called
a mass casualty overdose incident. Fired Chief James Wallace gave
an update.

Transported fifteen patients to the hospital.

The search for triple murder suspect Travis Decker continues but

Over the fourth of July weekend, a hiker matching Travis
Decker's description was seen the US Marshall Service found that
hiker and determine the man was not Decker. They look similar.
Decker is wanted for allegedly killing his three daughters at
a campground near Wenatchee, Washington. Decker has military survival training.

A South Texas ballot harvesting case is expanding, with nine
more indictments being added. It centers around the collection of
mail in ballots, which experts say continues to be a
huge problem. People were allegedly paid to collect mail in ballots,
which is against the law. A man from Atlanta was
arrested after allegedly stripping naked and assaulting another man with

The bizarre confrontation took place on July second at a
boat slip on Lake Lanier. Fox five reports that forty
two year old Logan Young punched the victim and then
knocked him out with a freezer, sending the fifty nine
year old victim into the lague. Sheriff's deputies later found
Young hiding on his houseboat. Young is facing charges of

simple battery, public indecency, and obstruction of an officer. The
victim suffered a head laceration, but declined medical treatment. After
being booked into the Hall County Jail. Young was released
four days later on a bond of more than thirteen
