The latest use this hour in just four minutes. President
Trump is in Kerrville, Texas, getting a first hand look
at the flooding devastation. During a roundtable discussion with local
officials and first responders, Trump said he's in Kerrville to
express the anguish of the entire nation.

Speaker 1 (00:21):
It's hard to believe the devastation. Trees that are one
hundred years old just ripped out of the ground. I've
never seen anything like it.

Speaker 2 (00:28):
The President and First Lady met with some of the
family members affected by the tragedy. Over one hundred and
twenty people have died and many remain missing. A Los
Angeles federal judge may rule as soon as today on
a restraining order looking to stop ice raids. The judge
of Biden appointee does seem critical of the government's position,
telling its lawyers she wants more specifics about the operations

and less generalities. Attorneys with Public Counsel and the ACLU
argue the operations are racial profiling, detaining people based on appearance.
President Trump says he's happy with the investigation into his
attempted assassination. At a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, almost one
year ago. He told Fox News that he's been briefed
by multiple agencies and although he acknowledges the Secret Service breakdowns,

he still has the utmost respect and trust in his agents.
Trump added that the rally was a rough day for
the Secret Service. A federal appeals court panel is tossing
out a plea agreement that would have allowed the alleged
mastermind behind the tragic September eleventh attack to escape the
death penalty. Ghalid Chikh Muhammed is accused of spearheading the attacks,
and under the plea agreement, he would have been able

to plead guilty in exchange for escaping the federal death penalty.
The deal was negotiated over two years and would have
given Mohammed, as well as two co defendant's life without parole.
At the All England Club today, two time defending Wimbledon
champ Carlos Alcarez beat American Taylor Fritz and four sets
in the semis. Fritz was trying to become the first
American to make it to a Wimbledon final in sixteen years.

Alcarez will play Yanick Sinner in Sunday's final. Sinner beat
Novak Djokovic in the other semi final. Today. Tomorrow is
the women's final, with America and Amanda Anasamova facing Igosh Fiantek.

The ten day competition kicked off just after midnight. The

That's Florida Fish and Wildlife's Python management coordinator. He says,
even with the government and tribal organization's help, it's not enough,
so they're turning to the public again. The person who
nabs the most pythons will take home ten thousand dollars,
with smaller prizes for the longest python caught and other categories.
More than seven hundred people have already signed up. Nearly
two hundred pythons were removed from the Everglades during last

year's challenge. Overall, more than eleven hundred have been killed
since the first Florida Python Challenge in twenty thirteen. Boz
Gaggs is announcing more than two dozen shows for his
first US tour in two years. Mark Mayfield with details.

Yes. The tour takes off with eight California dates beginning
October the seventeenth in Indio. Skangs will also play Denver, Chicago, Philadelphia,
