A federal judge in Los Angeles has issued a tentative
ruling that curbs how immigration agents operate across seven southern
California counties. The decision bars agents from stopping suspected undocumented
immigrants without reasonable suspicion of a law violation, and prohibits
using factors like race, lang, which, occupation, or location to

justify arrests. The ruling, which could also limit ICE actions
at area of businesses, sides with the ACOU, with a
final decision expected today. Harvard University has removed websites for
