A senior ICE official, testified before a federal judge Thursday,
saying the agency has not decided where Abrego Garcia would
be deported to if he is released from criminal custody.
Abrego Garcia was originally deported to El Salvador earlier this year,
in what the Trump administration first said was a mistake.
The administration has since accused him of being a gang member.
Abrego Garcia was returned to the US in whits trial

on human smuggling charges, but could soon be released from custody,
which would put him at risk of deportation.

President Trump's order restricting birthright citizenship is being put on
hold nationwide. A federal judge also granted class action status
in the case after the Supreme Court limited the ability

judge has stayed his order for seven days, allowing the

Tuesday over whether thirty New York City Police officers can
be fired after it was alleged they should have been
disqualified prior to being hired. Scott Pringle reports.

The NYPD fired the rookie officers Thursday, but late in
the day a judge temporarily stopped the firings at the
request of the police union. The head of the police
union says it's not the officer's faults that the hiring
was tainted by a rogan inspector. It's alleged NYPD inspector

Chief of the Department, Terry Monaghan is reacting.

Adobe Analytics, predicts that customers will have shelled out nearly

point six billion more than last year. The biggest sellers

Los Angeles Chargers running back Neiji Harris is injured after
a fireworks accident in northern California. Daniel Martindale with More.

Harris's agent says his client was injured during a Fourth
of July celebration in Antioch. He was taken to a
local hospital, then to Stanford Hospital after suffering a superficial
eye injury. Several people were injured in the same fireworks mishap.
Harris is expected to be fully ready for the upcoming
NFL season. Harris signed with the Chargers after playing four
years with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
