A federal judge is issuing a ruling that could potentially
restrict the actions of immigration authorities in southern California. Fox
News reports the LA judge issued a tentative ruling to
barrow immigration agents from stopping suspected illegal immigrants unless there's
a reasonable suspicion the person is violated immigration law. The
ruling applies to seven southern California counties. It also bars

or location when making arrests. President Trump's order to limit
birthrights citizenship is being temporarily blocked by a federal judge
from going into effect throughout the country. The ruling stems
from a lawsuit brought on behalf of a pregnant immigrant
