The death toll is rising after last week's devastating floods
in central Texas. So far, more than one hundred and
twenty people have died, with most of the fatalities happening
in Kerr County. Officials there say at least one hundred

Times reports he passed away at a retirement community in Lexington, Massachusetts.
He was eighty three. Gergan began his White House career

was once the editor of US News and War Report.
