This is your twenty four to seven US update. The
latest use this hour. In just four minutes, President Trump
was in Kerrville, Texas, getting a first hand look at
the flooding devastation. During a roundtable discussion with local officials
and first responders, Trump said he was in Curville to
express the anguish of the entire nation.

years old just ripped out of the ground. I've never

of the family members affected by the tragedy. Over one

Los Angeles federal judges temporarily blocking immigration agents from carrying
out stops and arrests that advocacy violate the law. The
judge issued an order Friday that bar's agents from relying
on race, Spanish speaking, type of work, or location when

detaining suspects. Attorneys with Public Counsel and the ACLU argued
recent ice operations in the Los Angeles area amounted to
racial profiling. Department of Homeland Security officials say miners were
among those arrested in the rate of a southern California

More one farm worker has died after suffering injuries during
the raid, which turned violent. Border Zar Tom Homan denounced
the actions of the protesters, including one man who appeared
to pull a gun and open fire on federal agents.

the flight recorder shows that the fuel supply was cut

The Deputy director of the FBI is reportedly considering stepping
down from his role. Multiple reports say Dan Bongino has
told people he is thinking about resigning after clashing with
US Attorney General Pam Bondi over the Jeffrey Epstein files.
Earlier this week, a memo stated there is no evidence
that Epstein kept a so called client list. Bongino has
been outspoken about the Epstein case in the past. Before

he became FBI deputy director. A number of high profile
conservative personalities like Megan Kelly and Laura Lumer have criticized
Bondy over the handling of the Epstein case. Following the memo,
A new study finds most people don't experience severe withdrawal
when they quit taking antidepressants. Tammy Trujillo fills us.

In study out of the UK found that while people
quitting antidepressants did experience more withdrawal symptoms than those on placebos,
they weren't found to be that serious. They included issues
like dizziness, nausea, and nervousness. A relapse of depression was

In a federal appeals court panelist tossing out a plea
agreement that would have allowed the alleged mastermind behind the
tragic September eleventh attacks to escape the death penalty. Khalid
Sheik Mohammed is accused of spearheading the attacks, and under
the plea agreement, he would have been able to plead
guilty in exchange for escaping the federal death penalty. The
deal was negotiated over two years and would have given Mohammed,

as well as two co defendants, life without parole. Former
Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin overwrote the agreement and reinstated the
death manas only charge which the Court agreed he had
