In Immigration enforcement operations in Los Angeles and other parts
of southern California are being restricted following a federal judge's
ruling on Friday. The judge ruled to block the Trump
administration from using unconstitutional tactics. The order bars the detention
of people unless the officer or agent has reasonable suspicion
