Heavy rain has hit Central Texas again, adding to the
devastation from deadly Fourth of July weekend floods. It killed
about one hundred and thirty people. Governor Greg Abbott says
water rescues took place Sunday in three counties and evacuation

floodwaters once again rushed over city streets. A floodwatch remains

a federal judge ordered a halt to immigration raids in
Los Angeles. Appearing on CNN State of the Union, Homan
said the judge is overstepping their authority. I don't think
any federal judge can dictate immigration policy. Has a matter
for Congress and for the President, and I know Department
of Justice is going to litigate this. Who won't take

relying on race, language, spoken, type of work, or location

death of his business partner, Daniel Martindale, reports.

and he considers the death of tragic accident. Elway's longtime
friend and business partner, Jeffrey Spurbeck, died in April after
falling out of a golf cart that Elway was driving.
Spurbek hit his head on the asphalt and died a
few days later. It happened while Elway and Spurbeck were
in the Coachella Valley for the Stagecoach Country Music Festival.
