Heavy rain has hit Central Texas again, adding to the
devastation from deadly Fourth of July weekend floods. It killed
about one hundred and thirty people. Governor Greg Abbott says
water rescues took place Sunday in three counties and evacuation
orders you're in place for some communities. In hard hit Kerville,
floodwaters once again rushed over city streets. A floodwatch remains

the US will be sending Patriot missiles to Ukraine. Mark
Mayfield reports.

Talking to reporters, Trump continued to speak of his disappointment
with Russian President Putin, saying he has surprised a lot

near the Bluegrass Airport, carjacked a vehicle, and fled the scene.
The situation ended in a standoff at a church with

Police shot and killed the shooter at the church. Lexington
Police Chief Laurence Weathers cominary information indicates that the suspect

Elway will not face criminal charges in connection with the
death of his business partner, Daniel Martindale, reports.

Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco says investigators found nothing criminal
and he considers the death of tragic accident. Elway's longtime
friend and business partner, Jeffrey Spurbeck, died in April after
falling out of a golf cart that Elway was driving.
Spurbek hit his head on the asphalt and died a
few days later. It happened while Elway and Spurbeck were
in the Coachella Valley for the Stagecoach Country Music Festival.
