dealing with the aftermath of heavy floods along the East
Coast after the region was smacked yesterday. Flash flood warnings
went out Monday for parts of New York City and
New Jersey where things got so bad Governor Phil Murphy
declared a state of emergency. At least two were dead

are set to impact parts of the region again. Meanwhile,
in Texas, reign is hampering recovery efforts in the flood
ravaged Hill Country, where at least one hundred and thirty

A new report says President Trump has encouraged Ukraint's president
to ramp up strikes in Russian territory.
