rain making event. We could be seeing as much as
ten inches from that system, bringing tropical moisture to the region. Now,
it's not expected to develop into a tropical storm or system,
but the threat of rain in that flash flooding far
from over.

Flood warnings are being posted from the Florida Panhandle to
south central Louisiana, which could receive rainfall at a rate
of up to three inches per hour. A tenth person
has died from the Massachusetts nursing home fire. The Bristol
County District Attorney's Office said Brenda Cooper died on Wednesday.
The sixty six year old had been in critical conditions
