for public broadcasting, global health programs, and some more foreign aid.
Tony Waterman reports that early today they passed a package
taking back nine billion dollars in already approved spending.

The majority of the cuts, some eight billion dollars, will
come from foreign aid assistance things like global health programs
and disaster response. The only thing spared is the pempfar program,
