but the conviction was later overturned by an appeals court.
In that incident, he allegedly sucker punched a black Whole
Foods employee in Laguna Beach. In a recorded conversation, Ramirez
can be heard telling a police officer he did it
because he hated all black people. Record show prosecutors in
Orange County have filed eleven criminal charges against Ramirez in

the past eleven years. Ramirez was also on parole. Police
say he intentionally drove into the crowd shortly after being
