Investigators are trying to figure out why a gunman went
on a shooting rampage, killing four people inside a midtown
Manhattan office building yesterday before turning the gun on himself.
Scott Pringle reports that CNN got a hold of a
suicide note.

Speaker 3 (00:26):
Investigators found a note on Shane Tomorrow that read, in
part quote, Terry Long football gave me CTE and it
caused me to drink a gallon of anti freeze. He
can't go against the NFL. They'll squash you. Long was
an NFL player diagnosed with a brain disease CTE and
committed suicide. The gunman, Tomorrow appears to have been a
star youth football player and has a history of mental
health issues. In the note, he asked for his brain

(00:48):
to be studied. The NFL is on several floors of
the building that Tomorrow targeted.

And then we'll move to a preliminary injunction to see
if there will be more durable relief for those challenging
the ICE agents' actions.

Speaker 2 (01:22):
The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals heard the case on Monday.
The Trump administration says the ACLU, which filed the initial
federal lawsuit, lacks the legal standing to present the case.
The administration's lawyers also argued against claims of racial profiling
and told judges they're not aware of any deportation quotas.
The temporary restraining order has been in place since July

the workplace and pray Tammy treheo with details.

Speaker 4 (02:19):
That's according to a Monday memo from the Office of
Personnel Management. It calls for freedom of personal religious expression
unless that expression imposes an undue hardship on operations. It
also says that a worker can try to convince another
person of why their religious beliefs are wrong, but must
stop if asked. The Civil Rights Act of nineteen sixty
four already protects religious expression in the workplace. I'm Tammy tricheo.

Speaker 2 (02:42):

Judge James Boseburg, Gover accusations of misconduct. Mark Mayfield explains.

Speaker 1 (02:52):
The complaint centers around comments Mosburg reportedly made to other
judges earlier this year that the Trump administration would disregard
rulings of federal courts, leading to a constitutional crisis. Justice
Department Chief of Staff Chad Mazel wrote in a five
page complaint that Bohsburg's actions have harmed the integrity and
public confidence in the integrity of the judiciary. Bosburg has
