Jeffrey Epstein associate Gillane Maxwell's testimony to the House is
being postponed. Brian Shook reports.

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer agreed to the delay
until after the Supreme Court considers Maxwell's petition to overturn
her conviction for sex trafficking. The House has previously denied
her request to give her immunity or send her the
questions in advance. Last week, Maxwell had a two day
interview with the Justice Department.

Maxwell was quietly moved Friday from Florida to a minimum
security prison in Texas. The Corporation for Public Broadcasting is
going out of business after losing its federal funding. The
organization made the announcement Friday after having its funding cut
by Congress. The CPB has been distributing grants to public
media outlets like PBS and NPR for the past sixty years.

the threat of flash flooding this weekend. Stormfront that caused

Several Democratic led states are suing the Trump administration over
its efforts to limit gender affirming healthcare. The lawsuit targets
and executive order that aims to undermine support for what
the federal government refers to as gender ideology. There is
no federal law in our country prohibiting gender affirming care.
In fact, California and the other states represented by this

lawsuit have laws protecting their right to gender affirming care.
Attorney General Rob Bontas's California RECs recognizes gender affirming care
as medically necessary healthcare. He says the state prohibits healthcare
providers from discriminating against patients on the basis of gender identity.
Bonte says the USDOJ has subpoena doctors and clinics, threatening

civil and criminal prosecution for providing such care. One person
is dead after authorities say they try to illegally access
a military base in southern Arizona. The US Air Force
said in a news release that the suspect failed to
stop their car at the main gate of Davis monthan
Air Force base outside Tucson, early Friday morning. The suspect
was reportedly driving erradically and crashed into a vehicle barrier

The suspect was a civilian who officials say was not
in the military. The NFL has reportedly agreed to a
billion dollar deal with ESPN. A report in The Athletics
says an official announcement from Disney is expected next week.
