Another US citizen has been killed in the Palestinian West Bank,
the State Department told the Miami Herald. The Illinois resident
died Thursday morning. The family of Kami Subdul La Tifayad
says he passed away from smoke related injuries after Israeli

The suspect was reportedly driving erratically and crashed into a
vehicle barrier before a member of the basis security team

The council approved the new rule on Wednesday. It applies
to public speakers during council and committee meetings. The rule
requires the presiding officer or city attorney to issue a
warning if someone uses the N word or sword, or
a variation of either word. The person will be ordered
to stop speaking if they use the slur a second
time during the same meeting or a future meeting.

three were kept for research or to donate to another family.
