lawsuit have laws protecting their right to gender affirming care.

Attorney General Rob Bontas's California recognizes gender affirming care as
medically necessary healthcare. He says the state prohibits healthcare providers
from discriminating against patients on the basis of gender identity.

a military base in southern Arizona. The US Air Force
said in a news release that the suspect failed to
