Tennessee say a man who is threatening to kill public
officials had over a dozen bombs inside his home. Sheriff's
deputies in Polk Counties say they arrested Kevin Wade O'Neill
Friday at his home in Old Fort for allegedly threatening

claim O'Neill had tried to detonate the explosives upon the
officer's arrival. A man hunt is underway in Tennessee for

eight year old Courtney Rose and her two children, as
well as her boyfriend on Tuesday. They were found along

Republican Majority Leader John Thunne was unable to reach a
bipartisan deal with Democratic Minority leader Chuck Schumer Saturday night
on a package that would have allowed about two dozen
of Trump's nominees to be confirmed before the month long recess.

A manhunt continues in Montana for a suspect who killed
four people in a bar shooting. Police say forty five
year old Michael Brown is considered armed and dangerous and
still on the loose near the small mountain town of Anaconda.
Police a Brown fled the scene in a white pickup
truck after the shooting at the Owl Bar early Friday.
Police say they found what they believe is Brown's abandoned

Trump administrations launched a probe against former DOJ Special Council
Jack Smith, who prosecuted two cases against Trump, one centering
around the allegations that Trump tried to subvert the twenty
twenty election, another accusing Trump of mishandling classified federal documents.

Neither case went to trial, and Smith resigned from the
Department of Justice shortly before Trump's second inauguration. A federal
appeals court has upheld a decision restricting immigration arrests in
southern California. The court affirming a lower court's decision that
some of the arrests made appear to lack probable cause.

On Friday night, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals issue
to ruling to uphold a lower court's temporary order blocking
the Trump administration from conducting immigration enforcement in southern California.
The ruling affirms the order issued last month. I granted
the restraining order requested by immigrant advocates. Los Angeles mayor
Careen Bass said it was a vacery for rule of law.

Several Democratic led states, including California, aursuing the Trump administration
now over its efforts to limit gender affirming healthcare. We

The lawsuit targets and executive order that aims to undermine
support for what the federal government refers to as gender ideology.

There is no federal law in our country prohibiting gender
firming care. In fact, California and the other states represented
by this lawsuit have laws protecting the right to gender
affirming care.

Attorney General Rob Bontas as California recognizes gender affirming care
as medically necessary healthcare. He says the state prohibits healthcare
providers from discriminating against patients on the basis of gender identity.
