Another official in the Biden administration is scheduled to testify

fitness in office. Bruce Reid, the former Deputy Chief of

Staff for Policy, previously agreed to do a closed door interview,
but it's unknown if he will plead the fifth and
not answer questions. The probe has been focused on Biden's
mental decline and use of an auto pen. Sean Diddy
Combs is being denied bail once again. Jonathan o'haleran reports.

The entertainment mogul was denied bail for a second time
on Monday, with the order saying he failed to satisfy
his burden to demonstrate an entitlement to release. Colmebs was
convicted of two counts of interstate prostitution, but was acquitted
of the more serious federal charges against him last month.
He is said to be sentenced on October third.

Millions in the Southeast are on high alert for potential
floods as a tropical downpour threat will stay in the
region for days. The same coldfront that helped develop tropical

The family of Jeffrey Epstein accuser Virginia Geufrey is outraged

Maxwell, a co conspirator of the late Epstein, is serving
twenty years for child sex trafficking. She was moved to
the prison after meeting with a Justice Department official last week.
The Jewfrey family is calling the move a cover up
and says President Trump is sending the clear message the
pedophiles deserve special treatment. Epstein killed himself while behind bars,

and it has been in the headlines for weeks. Ever
since the Justice Department claimed there was no further information

Thousands of Boeing workers are on the picket lines. Members
of the Machinists and Aerospace Workers union are on strike
at three Boeing facilities in the Saint Louis area following
failed negotiations over a new contract. About thirty five hundred
union workers voted yesterday to reject the company's final offer.
Ford is recalling more than three hundred twelve thousand vehicles

The electronic break booster module may lose power while driving,
which can increase the stopping distance and raises the risk
of a crash. If the module malfunction happens while the

It wasn't a sonic boom that made the ground shake
across parts of the East Coast Saturday night. It was
an earthquake felt across the region. It was small, according
to the US Geological Survey, just a magnitude three point
zero and centered in Bergen County, New Jersey. The quake
was felt in New York and western Connecticut as well.

There are no reports of any injuries or major damage.
