are set together again today after voting to issue civil
arrest warrants for Democrats who fled the state in an
effort to stop congressional redistricting. Yesterday, more than fifty Democrats
fled to Illinois, New York, and Massachusetts to prevent Republicans

from advancing redistricting maps aimed at adding up to five
GOP seats ahead of next year's midterms. The arrest warrants
