latest use this hour in just four minutes. Republicans in
the Texas House are again unable to vote on their
congressional redistricting plan for the second day in a row.
The House reconvened but failed to reach a quorum after
more than fifty Democrats fled the state. The Texas House

speakers signed civil arrest warrants for the absent Democrats, but
legal experts say they're probably not enforceable outside state lines.
The Republican's plan is aimed at adding up to five
GOP seats ahead of next year's midterms. The Hurricane Center
is watching a nasty storm system that could bring heavy
rain and flooding to millions in the Southeast. The same
cold front that helped develop tropical Storm Dexter off the

coast of the mid Atlantic is bringing a separate threat
to some Southeast states throughout the week and could stretch
into the weekend. Cities that could be hit with flooding
include Atlanta and Tallahassee. Over thirty US cities are being
branded as sanctuary jurisdictions by the Justice Department. The DOJ
published the list today, and it added states, including California, Colorado, Illinois, Nevada,

and New York. Officials are vowing to bring lawsuits against states, counties,
and cities that limit local cooperation with federal immigration agents.
The manhunt for the suspect and a deadly mass shooting
at a Montana bar is now into its fifth day.
Governor Greg gen Forty read the names of some of

Forty said he signed an executive order today to make
some more financial resources available for local authorities as they
look for Army veteran Michael Brown. He's believed to have
opened fire and killed four people in a bar in
the small town of Ana Condon Friday. Police say he's
armed and extremely dangerous. They believe he has since stolen
a truck with camping gear and clothes. Brown's family says
the forty five year old has struggled with mental health problems.

The twenty twenty five MTV Video Music Award nominations are
out and Lady Gaga leads the field with twelve nomination
and for the first time ever. The show will air
live across the country in prime time on CBS. I'm
Chris Kragio. The government is getting creative with their strategy
to protect cattle herds and scare off predatory wolves. According
to The Wall Street Journal, the Department of Agriculture is

using a recording of Scarlett Johansson and Adam Driver screaming
at each other in marriage story to frighten wolves across
the American West. The USDA is reportedly using drones with
speakers to blast the scene, as well as acdc's thunderstruck,
fireworks and gunshots as well. A USDA district supervisor in
Oregon says the audio is being used to get wolves

to respond and know that humans are bad. A Florida
deputy is being praised for his brave removal of an
alligator from a swimming pool. Body camera footage shared by
Saint John's County Sheriff's Office captured the moment. The deputy,
identified as Deputy Richardson, initially attempted to capture the alligator
with a net before resorting to using his hands to
pull the reptile out of the water. The incident occurred

in Saint Augustine, where residents discovered the gator enjoying a
swim in their backyard pool. The alligator, who was described
as super mad, was safely relocated to a nearby pond
after being transported in the back of a patrol car.
The National Zoo is celebrating the birthday of Chinese panned

claiming copyright infringement and a breach of contract. He alleged
that two early live versions of the track were included
on the twenty twenty five documentary Becoming led Zeppelin without
giving him proper credit or compensation. The exact details have
