news release, Cornyn said these legislators cannot be allowed to

doing is perfectly legal. Redistricting has been addressed during special

sessions of the Texas Legislature as far back as at
least eighteen seventy one. He says the primary goal is
to elect more Republicans to Congress, but the maps, he says,
are also being drawn to address complaints about jerrymandering. One district,
which currently stretches from San Antonio to Austin, would be
made more compact even if approved in the Senate, a

ranging from appliances, cars, food, and furniture. The Gifford Fire
is still raging on California's central coast. It scorched over

ninety six thousand acres and is fifteen percent contained. The
blaze is prompt evacuation orders for hundreds of homes in
Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispoke Counties. The fire, the
largest in California this year, started last Friday afternoon near
Santa Maria. Since then, three civilians and four firefighters have

after a woman in California had to be rescued from
a chimney, only to return to the same spot the
following day. It all started on Tuesday at a municipal
building at the City of San Fernando Recreation Center. Firefighters
found the woman, said to be about thirty years of age,
roughly three feet down the chimney. She was lifted out
using a fire truck ladder and lowered under the roof
of the building. She was conscious and alert when she

was loaded into the ambulance. Fast forward to Wednesday, she
ended up being arrested after authority say they found her
trying to climb back onto the same roof she was
plucked from the day before. The hit Broadway musical Hamilton

has been planning a comeback concert at Madison Square Garden
