is directing the Commerce Department to start working on a
new census. The President made the announcement with a post
on truth Social and also noted that people who are
in the country illegally will not be counted, among other things,

The census is used to determine congressional representation. According to
the president's post, the new census will be based on
modern day facts, figures, and information gained from the presidential
election of twenty twenty four. The US conducts a census
every decade, as required by the Constitution, and another is
scheduled for twenty thirty. President Trump is using charts put
together by a Fox Business analyst to defend his firing

of the Bureau of Labor Statistics Commissioner in the Oval
Office on Thursday. Stephen Moore told Trump he fired stats
chief overestimated job growth by one point five million jobs
over the last two years of the Biden administration.

and June reports downward, claiming she was politically motivated. The
FBI is firing its former acting director, Brian shuk has more.

According to multiple reports, Brian Driscoll, who led the Bureau
at the start of the Trump administration, was asked to
leave by Friday. Driscoll has been viewed as a champion
of the bureau's rank and file staff. After declining to
turn over a list of agents who worked on January
sixth cases, he penned a final note to staff explaining
that he was not given a reason for his removal.

And US officials are doubling a reward for information that
leads to the arrest of Venezuela's president. Attorney General Pam
Bondy has announced a fifty million dollar reward for anyone
that can assist in the arrest of Nicholas Maduro. Bondi's
accusing the Venezuelan leader of being a narco trafficker and
says he has been directly to drug smuggling. Baduro's government

President Trump is honoring nearly one hundred past Purple Heart
recipients in a Thursday ceremony at the White House on
National Purple Heart Day, Trump said, the nation gives the
recipients and their families everlasting.

full military takeover of the Gaza Strip the office of

security cabinet, backed his proposal early Friday to begin the

gradual military takeover of the Palestinian territory, beginning with Gaza City.
A statement from the Prime Minister says the goal of
the takeover is to achieve a decisive victory over Hamas
and the return of all the hostages. These statements said
the takeover plan would allow for the provision of humanitarian
aid to civilians outside the combat zones. There was no
mention of when the takeover would begin. The Trump administration

plans to rehire hundreds of National Weather Service workers laid

That's according to two lawmakers, who say Noah can now
fill four hundred and fifty positions at the NWS. The
move comes during a summer of extreme weather and follows
criticism after last month's floods in Texas killed more than
one hundred and thirty people. Illinois Congressman Eric Sorenson and
Nebraska Republican Mike Flood are co sponsoring the Weather Workforce
Improvement Act, which would protect NWS jobs. The measure would

And two people are dead after a helicopter crashed onto
a barge on the Mississippi River near Illinois. It happened
yesterday near Olton, about twenty five miles north of Saint Louis.
The Missouri State Highway patrols as a helicopter hit power
