President Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin are set to
get together in Alaska next Friday to discuss ending the
war in Ukraine. Trump announced the meeting on social media,
but did not offer details on where the meeting will
be held. The Alaska Beacon says if the meeting takes place,
it would be only the third presidential summit held in
the state. Meanwhile, there are reports that the White House

may invite Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky to the summit. That's
according to multiple outlets, which reported that US officials are
considering whether to ask Zelensky to attend the upcoming meeting.
A number of storms are creating a rainy weekend for
parts of the Gulf Coast and Florida. Heavy rainfall is
possible in Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida. Forecasters are watching

two tropical areas in the Atlantic Ocean, but it's unclear
if they will gain the attention of the National Hurricane Center.
Rain is possible in the region through Tuesday. The NYPD
he says three people were shot in Times Square in
the overnight hours on Saturday, and a teenager is under arrest.

Police say it happened around one thirty am at forty
fourth Street and Seventh Avenue when the seventeen year old
pulled a gun during an argument with a nineteen year
old and fired three times. That victim, cop say was
the intended target and was hitting the foot. Meantime, a
sixty five year old man was shot in the leg
and an eighteen year old woman, a tourist, was grazed

That teenage suspect is now facing a murdered charge. Police
say that's due to the person he targeted was struck
by a bullet. President Trump says he's nominating Tammy Bruce
to be the next US Deputy Representative to the United Nations.
Bruce currently serves as the spokesperson for the State Department.
In a post untruth social Trump said since starting his
second term, Bruce has done a fantastic job. The president

nineteen seems to be on the rise in the United States.
A CDC update posted Friday shows wastewater activity for COVID
nineteen is at a moderate level nationally, up from low

last week. Data showed wastewater levels are the highest in
the western part of the US. States in the western
region showing high levels include Alaska, California, Colorado, Nevada, and Utah.
The CDC says wastewater monitoring can detect a virus's spread
within a community faster than clinical testing. A recent study
is finding that parents workplace chemical exposure could be tied

to multiple developmental and behavioral issues in their children with autism.
Researchers from UC Davis and the National Institute for Occupational
Safety and Health evaluated the data from families with autistic children.
They also looked into the job history of mothers and
fathers starting three months before pregnancy. They then match the
job history with the children's autism severity scores, behaviors, cognitive skills,

and daily skills. Researchers found that jobs in which parents
were exposed to plastic polymers. Ethylene oxide and phenol were
linked to cognitive performance, adaptive skills, behavioral issues, autism severity,
and weaker daily living skills. President Trump is using charts
put together by a Fox Business analyst to defend his
firing of the Bureau of Labor Statistics Commissioner Mark Mayfield.
