that Ukraine give up some territory to make peace with Russia.

two nations. In a video address this morning, Zelensky rejected

Mexico is pushing back against a report that says the
Pentagon is being directed to use military force against certain
drug cartels. President Claudia Scheinbaum said Friday they are willing
to cooperate and collaborate, but the US military will not
be entering Mexican territory. The New York Times reports President
Trump has ordered the Pentagon to use military force against

cartels designated as foreign terrorist organizations. Trump reportedly signed the
directive in secret, and military officials have started drawing up
plans for targeting the cartels. A storm system is creating
a flood thread in parts of the Upper Mississippi River

Cruis are slowly gaining ground on a fast moving wildfire
burning north of Los Angeles. The Canyon Fire is now
twenty eight percent contained and has burned nearly fifty four
hundred acres. It started Thursday afternoon near Santa Clarita in
Ventura County and has now spread into La County. All
evacuation orders have been lifted and are now evacuation warnings.

Two other wildfires are also burning in the region, including
the Gifford Fire, which has burned over ninety nine thousand
acres north of Santa Barbara. Astronomers say they've discovered a
distant black hole estimated to be up to three hundred
million times the size of the Sun Brian Shook as More.

oldest and most distant black hole at the center of
a galaxy considered to have formed around thirteen point three
billion years ago. The discovery could shed light on the
universe's earliest days and provide insight into how black holes
and galaxies evolved.
