latest use this hour in just four minutes. The National
Guard is being deployed to Washington, d C. As part
of President Trump's crackdown on crime. Speaking at the White House,
Trump said he'll rescue the nation's capital, calling today Liberation Day.

(00:21):
Trump added he'll send in the military if needed. At
least one person is dead and one person is unaccounted
for after an explosion at a US steel plant in Pennsylvania.
It happened at the US Clareton Coke Works plant in Clareton,
south of Pittsburgh. Ten others have also been injured. Officials
said they're working to find the cause of the explosion.

The Ukraine War takes center stage for President Trump this
week as he prepares for a summit with Vladimir Putin.
Trump called his sit down with Putin a feel out meeting.

I believe he wants to get it over with now.
I've said that a few times that I've been disappointed

missiles would be lobbed in Tikiev for some other place.

Today at the White House, Trump also confirmed Ukrainian President
Zelenski will not be at the Alaska summit on Friday,
but he may meet with him after. A Manhattan judge
is rejecting a Department of Justice requests to unseal grand
jury materials from Geelane Maxwell's sex trafficking case. Kristin Marx
has the details.

The DOJ has also sought to release grand jury materials
from cases involving Jeffrey Epstein in New York, but asked
judges overseeing the requests to refrain from issuing a ruling
until August fourteenth. However, a federal judge determined that unsealing
the materials in Maxwell's case is not a matter of
historical or public interest, and said much of the material

being requested has already been made public. The judge overseeing
the request and Epstein's case has not ruled on the
motion yet.

Kristin Marx reporting two people are dead after a shooting
at a Target store in Austin. Police say the suspect
stole a car in the parking lot, but has since
been caught and is in custody. I'm Brian Shook. A
Mountain lion is killed after attacking an eleven year old
child in Malibu. Jim Roupe has more.

The attack happened Sunday evening around five point thirty. The
child was reportedly possibly feeding chickens on the property when
the lion bitter on the arm. Katla five reports the
miner was rushed to the hospital and is expected to
be okay, although the extent of her injuries is unknown.
Wildlife officials were able to hunt the lion down and
kill it. DNA samples from the grow confirmed that lion

Courtney Kardashian Barker says she heard fans concerns about her
toddler not wearing a life veest while boating. The reality
TV star and mom of four posted a picture on

in Houston is out on bond following his arrest by
