Weiser confirmed Wednesday and noted in a statement that the

The disgraced Hollywood producer will be tried again in his
case involving Jessica Man after a jury could not render
a verdict back in June. That same jury found Weinstein
guilty of sexually assaulting former production assistant Miriam Hayley in
two thousand and six, the judge vowing not to sentence
Weinstein on the charge involving Haley until he has tried

again for the charge related to Man. Weinstein's attorneys sang
after the judge's decision that they're ready to fight.

person in custody has escaped from Seattle's Sea Tech Airport

The Washington State Department of Correction says twenty year old
John Nino was on the fourth floor of the parking
garage Tuesday evening when he ran. Port of Seattle police
responded to help look for him. But he wasn't found.
He was on community supervision for second degree robbery earlier
this year, and inmate escaped and an airline ticket counter
and a man being moved by ice agents ran from
the back of a car. Both men were captured.
