with a storm expected to become the first hurricane of

Hurricane Center says Erin could reach hurricane strength by tomorrow.

been indicted on state charges. A grand jury indict ad
Vance Belter on first degree murder charges on Thursday. Belter
is accused of shooting and killing Hortman and her husband
at their home on June fourteenth, Mars Wrigley is introducing

In a statement Wednesday, the state Department announced that had
revoked the visas of two former officials with Brazil's Ministry
of Health. They're among the list of people now facing
visa restrictions over their connection to a Cuban medical program
that sends doctors overseas. The state department is accusing the

People in northern Colorado are reporting horned rabbits. Tammy Triheo
explains residents in some parts of the state have taken
photos recently of wild rabbits that appear to have black
horns and tentacles growing out of their heads.

A spokesperson for Colorado Parks and Wildlife say the horn
like growth, so the result of a benign virus commonly
referred to as SPV, which will sometimes affect rabbits in
parts of the Central Us during the summer months. They
say there's no risk of the virus spreading to humans
or other animals, that they recommend avoiding contact with the
