ruled the Trump administration can't cut federal funding colleges and
other schools that have diversity programs, as it threatened to
do earlier this year. Former President Barack Obama is supporting
Texas Democrats who left the state to block a GOP
redistricting plan. In a virtual meeting Thursday, Obama told the

a Mississippi law that imposes age verification across social media platforms.

The law was enacted last year and requires all users
under eighteen to verify their age as well as obtained
parental consent to access social media sites. Mississippi's law addresses
growing concerns about the negative impact of social media on
young people. However, the industry group net Choice argues that
the restrictions violate free speech protections.

With Andrew Cuomo attacking Zoran Mamdani over living in a
rent stabilized apartment, Mamdani is striking back in the New
York City mayoral race over Cuomo's client list. Andrew Whipman reports.

twenty twenty one following his sexual harassment scandal. Mamdani has
been hammering him, using Cuomo of working for a shady
crypto firm, a luxury marina in Puerto Rico, and helping
