North Carolina Governor Josh Stein is declaring a state of
emergency as Hurricane Aaron threatens the coast with flooding and
high winds. Aaron Gilcrest reports.

Both Hatteras and Ocracoke Islands under mandatory evacuation orders, with

from the Texas Capitol Building last night after a shooting threat.

next Star would have two hundred and sixty five full
