latest use this hour In just four minutes. Hurricane Aaron
is pushing further away from the US. Aaron. Gilchrist says
conditions are still intense but are improving.

We've been watching as these waves have still been crashing
with such ferocity against the shores here and this massive
pier that's been built to withstand significant waves.

Aaron is currently about two hundred and eighty five miles
east of Cape Hatteras. Evacuation orders have been in place
in some areas of North Carolina where a state of
emergency has been declared. Swimming at most east coast beaches
is being advised against due to potentially life threatening surf
and rip currents. President Trump says he plans to patrol
the streets of the nation's capital tonight with law enforcement.

In an interview, he said, I'm going to be out tonight,
I think with the police and with the military. This
comes after Trump ordered a federal takeover of the city's
police as part of his crackdown on crime. Most Americans
say partisan redistricting in the House threatens democracy. According to
a new Reuters IPSIS poll, fifty five percent of respondents
said there's a negative effect on democracy from changing House

district maps to secure seats. The poll results were found
along party lines, with seventy one percent of Democrats saying
there is a negative effect, compared to forty six percent
of Republicans who said the same. Findings come as California
and Texas face redistricting fights with other states evaluating a
similar process. An appeals court is throwing out President Trump's
multi million dollar penalty in his New York civil fraud case.

The ruling was made today in the case involving Trump
being accused of lying on financial statements to lenders. He
had been ordered to pay three hundred and fifty five
million dollars in penalties, which had grown to more than
five hundred million with interest. Wall Street is closing with
stocks lower investors or awaiting remarks from FED chairs or
own Powell tomorrow at the fed's Annual Economic Symposium in Wyoming.

At the closing bell, the Dow Jones industrial average fell
by one hundred and fifty two points to forty four thousand,
seven hundred and eighty five. The S and P five
hundred dropped by twenty five points, and the NASDAK lost

been filed against Atlanta based Delta Airlines and Chicago based
United Airlines by passengers who claim the carriers sold them

The lawsuit alleges that some seats are next to air
conditioning ducks and electrical systems, with the airlines failing to
disclose this information, leading passengers to pay extra for seats

misrepresented the seats they sold, despite resources like seat Guru

PlayStation five. Sony says prices for each model of the
popular video game console are going up by fifty dollars
in the US. In a statement, the company said, similar

five hundred and fifty dollars, while the digital edition will

be priced at five hundred bucks and the PS five
Pro will cost seven hundred and fifty dollars. Sony noted
the prices for PS five accessories remain unchanged. Cheap Trick
is adding more dates to their twenty twenty five tour,
including four dates with Heart more now from Mark Mayfield.

The new shows run from October the twelfth through December
the seventh, as Cheap Trick joins Heart on their Royal
Flush tour. In addition to the tour of frontman Robin
Xander tills the Tampa Bay Music News they're finishing up
a studio album with the working title All Washed Up.
Sander says it's got some good, bad, and ugly on it,
just like our other records. He added, they don't plan
on playing anything from the upcoming album during the current tour.

developing a movie based on a long running comic book franchise.
