juries is not allowed to be released without approval from

Attorney Jared Scotto represents sickened construction workers who were working
on Harlem Hospital. One of twelve Harlem buildings were cooling
towers were infected with the bacteria that causes legionnaire's disease.
Scatto says the suit against Rising Sun Construction in Skanska,
USA building alleges negligence.

We believe that the construction companies were on notice that
Legionella bacteria contamination was a possibility based on bulletins that
were given out at the beginning of July. There were
no protections in place for the workers.

An investigation is underway after a French online streamer died

life broadcast on the Kick platform. The forty six year
old had featured regularly in videos in which he appeared
to be assaulted or humiliated as viewers watched online. France's
digital technology minister said the death of Jean Poormanouv and
the violence he suffered are absolutely horrific. The Kick platform

like an accident.
