case she brought against him. Kristen Marx reports.

five hundred million with interest, is excessive and violates the
Eighth Amendment of the US Constitution. Trump took to social
media claiming total victory, but James points out that the
appeals court judges still found Trump, his company, and two

but it means a president as well as Donald Junior

In New York, Judge Arthur and Goron ruled last year
that Trump lied on financial statements to lenders and ordered

Attorney Luis Correo alleges in the lawsuit that immigration enforcement
operations in June and July targeted race, not criminals. They
went after Natino's US citizens and immigrants. That's what they
were focusing on. The lawsuits charged civil rights violations tied
to the racial profiling of five Latino US citizens and
one permanent resident. The lawsuits also allege excessive force used

by agents against the plaintiffs. The government says US citizens
were sometimes detained because they interfered with the enforcement operations.
Koreo says they also plan on filing a lawsuit against
the City of Los Angeles, claiming the LAPD aided and
abedded federal agents.

More Americans than expected found themselves filing for unemployment benefits
for the first time last week. The Labor Departments says
it received two hundred thirty five thousand initial requests in
the week ending August sixteenth. Most analysts at forecast today's
number coming in at around two hundred twenty five thousand.

of Columbia in asking the Food and Drug Administration to
drop restrictions on the abortion drug mif of prestone. Brad

prescriber of the drug, pharmacies need special certification to dispense it,
and patients have to sign a form to prove that
they are voluntarily terminating a pregnancy. The FDA approved myth
of pristone in two thousand and has been used by
more than seven and a half million women in the US.
