evacuation orders and where a state of emergency is in effect.

the City of New York in connection with a deadly

Attorney Jared Scotto represents sickened construction workers who were working
on Harlem Hospital. One of twelve Harlem buildings were cooling
towers were infected with the bacteria that causes Legionnaire's disease.
Scatto says the suit against Rising Sun Construction in Skanska,
USA building alleges negligence.

Legionella bacteria contamination was a possibility based on bulletins that
were given out at the beginning of July. There were
no protections in place for the workers.
