Raymond Boudarian appeared in court on Wednesday. On July tenth,
he allegedly broken to the home of American Idol music
supervisor Robin Kay and her husband Thomas de Luca, and
shot them to death with their own gun. He is
facing two counts of murder and one count of residential
burglary with special circumstances. Boudarian was not arraigned and was
instead ordered to mental health court on September. Three witnesses

in the courtroom say he was staring off during the
hearing and was not responding to the judge. I'm Daniel Martindale.

The Virginia Department of Health says another confirmed case of
measles has been detected at Dulles International Airport, Rosia, Rivera
has more.

The VDH says someone with the measles traveled through Dulles
on August twelve. They say the out of state person
was confirmed to have been in the main Terminal TSA
security checkpoint and Concourse B between one and five pm.
Anyone in those same areas has been potentially exposed and
hell the officials worn to watch for symptoms that usually
start seven to fourteen days after exposure. This is the
fourth confirmed case of measles to hit the state this year.
