Evacuations have been ordered in North Carolina's outer banks as
Hurricane Aaron moves through the Atlantic Ocean. A state of
emergency has been declared as the storm's outer bands are
expected to bring storms urge flooding to the region. Tropical
storm conditions are forecast in Virginia starting Thursday. Aaron has
maximum sustained winds of one hundred and ten miles an
hour and is about three hundred miles southeast of North Carolina.

The Texas Senate could vote on a congressional redistricting plan
as soon as Thursday. This after Texas House Republicans passed
the plan to redraw congressional maps in their favor. The
state House reconvened Wednesday after protests from Democrats that saw
them leave the state to break quorum and delay a vote.
The new congressional maps would create five more Republican leaning
districts and is expected to be approved by the Senate. Meanwhile,

to add five more Democratic seats if Texas does the same.
Mangioni's lawyers are accusing New York prosecutors of reviewing the

on El Capitan for several hours on May twe twentieth.
They say they're hoping to appeal the termination and get

A judge on Wednesday denied the Justice Department's bid to
get the records unsealed that led to Epstein being indicted
on sex trafficking charges. Public interests in the case reignited
after the Justice Department announced that Epstein did not have
a client list and confirm the sex offender's death was
a suicide. Evidence that was seen and heard by grand
juries is not allowed to be released without approval from

A California parole board will consider the fate of the
Menendez brothers on Thursday and Friday. Lyle and Derek have
spent the past thirty years behind bars for the highly
publicized murders of their parents in nineteen eighty nine. They
were resentenced earlier this year to allow for the possibility
of parole. In a statement Wednesday, LA County District Attorney
Nathan hu Aakman said his office has consistently opposed their
