Coast as Hurricane Aaron moves away from the US. The warning,

Texas Republicans are moving closer to finalizing their own reworked districts.
A federal judge of Miami has ruled that no more
detainees can be sent to Alligator Alcatraz. The order, issued
Thursday night also requires much of the detention facility in
the Florida Everglades to be dismantled within sixty days. The

ruling upholds an injunction that was requested over alleged violations
of the National Environmental Policy Act. Court records showed the
State of Florida plans to appeal. Villanova's president says reports
of an active shooter on the campus was a cruel hoax.
Police responded to the Philadelphia area campus about four thirty
pm local time after students were alerted to a possible
active shooter. The Reverend Peter Donahue sent students an email

less than two hours later saying there was no active shooter,
no injuries, and no evidence of firearms on campus. So far,
there's no word on who was responsible for the hoax,
and law enforcements investigating. A lot of people are unhappy
with Cracker Barrel's new logo. It's part of the companies

but the man sitting next to a wooden barrel is gone.
Customers have flooded social media, calling the rebrand cold and unfriendly.

A federal judge's rule that President Trump's former personal lawyer,
Elena Habba, has been unlawfully working as a US attorney
in New Jersey. The decision follows a legal challenge brought
against Hobba's appointment by multiple defendants. The judge wrote that
Hobba's actions since July first may now be declared void.
That ruling could lead to hundreds of federal criminal cases
in New Jersey being stopped. A new survey says illegally

That's according to multiple reports citing White House officials. Construction

ESPN and Major League Baseball have reportedly reached a new
