Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell is giving the strongest indication
yet that interest rate cuts may be on the way today.
He spoke at the Federal Reserves conference in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

The balance of risks appears to be shipping.

The FED will meet next month to decide whether or
not to restart rate cuts. President Trump has repeatedly criticized
Powell for not cutting rates. The Fed has kept interest
rates steady for the last five meetings, last cutting rates
in September of last year, and stocks are rallying today
after investors' hopes of a FED rate cut got brighter.
The Dow Jones has been up over nine hundred points
at times today. Federal agents have raided the office and

home of former Trump National security advisor John Bolton. The
FBI was reportedly looking into whether Bolton mishandled classified information.
He's become a strong critic of President Trump after leaving
the administration in twenty nineteen, and had previously been accused
of leaking classified material, but an investigation did go anywhere.
Trump insists he knew nothing about the raid, but added

that he could have ordered it if he wanted to.
Some National Guard troops deployed in Washington, d C. Could
soon be carrying weapons. That's according to multiple reports that
cite a decision made by Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth. The
move allows the nearly two thousand troops in the nation's
capital to expand operations, which could lead to security patrols
and neighborhoods with crime issues. Crews in western New York

are responding to a tour bus crash. It reportedly involves
a tractor trailer as well. It happened in Pembroke, about
thirty miles east of Buffalo. Genesee County Fire says up
to fifty two people may be involved. Cracker Barrel stock
prices are taking a hit after the popular restaurant chain
unveiled a new logo.

The revamped logo offers a simple design that removes the
old man and carefully sketched barrel, but fans of the
restaurant quickly rebooked the change. Cracker Barrel's new design resulted
in a ninety four million dollar loss on Thursday, but
the stock was regaining some of its losses on Friday.

Despite widespread criticism and economic uncertainty, the company has not

A rainbow crosswalk dedicated to the forty nine victims of
the twenty sixteen Pulse nightclub shooting in Orlando is gone.

Mayor Buddy Dyer turned to social media to announce the
Florida Department of Transportation painted over the crosswalk on Orange Avenue.
He calls it a callous action without safety data and
a cruel political act. He says, in fact, the state
installed it and followed national safety standards while serving as
a physical reminder of the Pulse nightclub attack that killed

forty nine people. The Florida Department of Transportations ordered cities

Chipotle's teaming up with zip Line to test drone delivery
select customers in the Dallas area and now have the
option to use Zippoultley Delivery. Zipline's autonomous aircraft will deliver
orders to customers' homes from a role at Texas. Chipolte location.
The drone delivery service will cost three dollars with a
fifteen percent service fee capped at six dollars. Zip Line

future launch. Astronomers say there will be a rare black

Black moon occurs when there are two new moons in
a single month, and it won't happen again until August
of twenty twenty seven. Like all new moons, the sunlit
side will be facing away from the Earth, so you
won't be able to see it, but moon enthusiasts will
be glad to know that on Sunday and Monday nights,
when the black moon begins waxing, it will create the
thinnest lunar crescent, which should appear on the western horizon

Starbucks is expanding its test of coconut water beverages. The
coffee giant will be testing two new drinks, Coco Macha
and Coco Cold Brew. The drinks layer Macha foam or
cold brew foam over coconut water. More than four hundred
stores nationwide will carry the beverages as the company leans
