A tropical storm warning has been lifted for parts of
the East Coast as Hurricane Aaron moves away from the US.

has been unlawfully working as a US attorney in New Jersey.

The decision follows a legal challenge brought against Hobba's appointment
by multiple defendants. The judge wrote that Hobba's actions since
July first may now be declared void. At ruling could
lead to hundreds of federal criminal cases in New Jersey
being stopped. Officials say exposure to toxic gas may have
killed six people out of Colorado dairy. This happened Wednesday
night in Weld County, just north of Denver. The county's

The Democrat controlled Assembly approved to measure Thursday that calls
for a special election aiming to redraw state maps that
would most likely give Democrats five additional House seats. California
lawmakers are set to finalize and approve the maps on Monday.
California's redistricting push comes as Texas Republicans move closer to
finalizing their own reworked districts. I'm Brian Shook.

Wal Martz's costs associated with President Trump's tariffs are going
up each week. The retail giant CEO Doug McMillan said
on an earnings call Thursday that it already had to
increase some prices on the shelves to adapt. Mcmillans as
the company's working on attracting higher income customers. The cost
of Apple TV Plus is going up. That story from

The streaming service will now cost thirteen dollars per month,
after previously costing ten bucks per month month. The new
price went into effect Thursday for new subscribers, while existing
customers will see the price hunk over the next thirty days.
Apple TV Plus is the only major streaming service without
a cheaper AD supported option. This is the first price
increase for Apple TV Plus since October twenty twenty three.

as it won't be opening or reopening any stores in
