A tropical storm warning has been lifted for parts of
the East Coast as Hurricane Aaron moves away from the US.
The warnings, spanning from North Carolina to the northern coast
of Virginia's discontinued Thursday night, but correspondent Stephen Glover says
the threat isn't over.

Carterwick County official state beach erosion is expected along the
Crystal Coast, along with red flags as rough conditions persist.

Even after Aaron's left our coast. Aaron remains a large
storm with maximum sustained winds of one hundred miles an hour.
Parola is being denied for Eric Menndez. California parole officials
issued their decision Thursday night after an hour's long hearing
at a correctional facility in San Diego. Three months ago,
Eric and his older brother Lyle were re sentenced to
fifty years to life for the nineteen eighty nine shotgun

murder of their parents. The brothers have maintained the killings
were in self defense, claiming they were sexually abused by
their father. Fifty four year old Era Menendez will be
able to seek parole again in three years. Lyle is
set to go before the parole board on Friday. A
federal judge's ruled at President Trump's former personal lawyer, Elena Habba,
has been unlawfully working as a US attorney in New Jersey.

The decision follows a legal challenge brought against Hobba's appointment
by multiple defendants. The judge wrote that Hobba's actions since
July first may now be declared void. At ruling could
lead to hundreds of federal criminal cases in New Jersey
being stopped. Officials say exposure to toxic gas may have
killed six people out of Colorado dairy. This happened Wednesday
night in Weld County, just north of Denver. The county's

deputy chief corners at Thursday the deaths are being investigated
as possible gas exposure in a confined space. Three other
people were treated at a hospital and released. Autopsies are
now pending. The man accused of arranging the killing of
Memphis rapper Young Dolph has been found not guilty, the
jury returning that verdict Thursday. Hernandez Govin was facing charges
of first degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder. Prosecutors

say that he ordered to hit on the wrapper with

Democrats in California are going ahead with their own redistricting efforts.
Brian Shook has details.

The Democrat controlled Assembly approved to measure Thursday that calls
for a special election aiming to redraw state maps that
would most likely give Democrats five additional House seats. California
lawmakers are set to finalize and approve the maps on Monday.
California's redistricting push comes as Texas Republicans move closer to
finalizing their own reworked districts. I'm Brian Shook.

Wal Martz's costs associated with President Trump's tariffs are going
up each week. The retail giant CEO Doug McMillan said
on an earnings call Thursday that it already had to
increase some prices on the shelves to adapt. Mcmillans as
the company's working on attracting higher income customers. The cost
of Apple TV Plus is going up. That story from

The streaming service will now cost thirteen dollars per month,
after previously costing ten bucks per month month. The new
price went into effect Thursday for new subscribers, while existing
customers will see the price hunk over the next thirty days.
Apple TV Plus is the only major streaming service without
a cheaper AD supported option. This is the first price
increase for Apple TV Plus since October twenty twenty three.

Another retailers pulling out of California. Bed Bath and beyonds
as it won't be opening or reopening any stores in
the state. The company said in a statement Wednesday that
California is one of the most risky environments for business
in America. It also calls it over regulated and expensive.
Bed Bath and Beyond filed for bankruptcy in twenty twenty
three and closed its stores, but now plans to open

some three hundred new stores nationwide. Two for one deals
are coming to cinemas around the country on Friday. Cinema
United and the Cinema Foundation are teaming up to bring
two for one concessions and additional discounts to movie theaters
as part of an inaugural event sponsored by Fendango called
Date Night Out. The movies. According to the chair of
the Cinema Foundation, the one night only event is all
