Bethesda, Delanian confirms the FBI carried out a rate on
Bolton's Maryland residents. FBI director Cash Betel posted on x
no one is above the law, but did not offer
any details on what prompted today's action. Bolton is a
frequent Trump critic who previously has been accused of leaking
classified material. Hurricane Erin is moving away from the US mainland,

Hurricane Aaron is losing power and moving off the coast
after brushing mid Atlantic and New England shoreline with localized
flooding and pounding surf. The National Hurricane Center is tracking
three Atlantic storms that could intensify in the coming days.
One is no threat to the US, another one thousand
miles off the African coast. A third system near the
Leeward Islands has an eighty percent chance of becoming a

Eric Menendez will remain behind bars for at least another

The State Parole Board made the decision to deny Menendez
parole on Thursday after a nearly ten hour hearing. The
panel is citing serious rule violations while Menendez has been
in prison, including illicit cell phone use and involvement in
a tax fraud scheme. Menendez, who is now fifty four
years old, can petition for an earlier parole hearing within
the next three years. His older brother, Lyle will have

his parole hearing today. The brothers shot their parents to
death and their Beverly Hills home thirty six years ago.
They are serving life sentences for murder.

On Wall Street before the opening, bell Stock futures on
the rise, slightly ahead of FED Chair Jerome Powell's Jackson

The doctor James Dobson Family Institute confirmed his death in
an announcement on Thursday, and said he will be remembered
as a mentor, a counselor, and a steady voice of
truth and turbulent times. Dobson founded Focus on the Family
Christian Ministry in nineteen seventy seven, and he is widely
regarded as one of the most influential evangelical leaders of
the past half century. Under Dobson's leadership, the ministry's daily

The man accused of throwing a sex toy that hit
a twelve year old girl at a New York liberty game,
is now facing charges more from Natalie Migliore.

Authority say thirty two year old Charles Burgess from Dayton,
Ohio is charged with two counts of assault and connection
with the incident. Police have been looking for the suspect
since August fifth, when someone threw a sex toy towards
the court during a liberty game at the Barkley Center
in Brooklyn, hitting a twelve year old girl in the leg.
Similar incidents have happened at several WNBA games across the
country so far this summer, and so far two men

have been arrested for incidents in Georgia and Phoenix.

The cost of Apple TV Plus is going up. Matt
Mattinson with details.

The streaming service will now cost thirteen dollars per month,
after previously costing ten bucks per month. The new price
went into effect Thursday for new subscribers, while existing customers
will see the price hik over the next thirty days.
Apple TV Plus is the only major streaming service without
a cheaper ad supported option. This is the first price
increase for Apple TV Plus since October twenty twenty three.
