The next city to see National Guard troops to fight
crime could be the Windy City. The governor of Illinois
is now condemning a report that President Trump is planning
to send federal troops to Chicago. The Washington Post reported
Saturday that the Pentagon has been planning a military deployment
to Chicago for weeks, and that a few thousand National

Guard members could arrive as soon as next month. Illinois
Governor JB. Pritzker responded with the statement saying that Trump
is quote attempting to manufacture a crisis and politicize Americans
who serve in uniform to distract from the pain he's
causing working families. One person is dead and four others

are wounded following a shooting during a basketball tournament in
the Bronx. Jonathan O'Halleran has this story.

Police say it happened just before seven thirty Saturday evening
inside half In Park in Baychester. The victims range from
seventeen to forty two years old. A thirty two year
old man were struck in the chest and later pronounced dead.
Police a Four people were taken into custody in relation
to the shooting. The circumstances that led to the gunfire

A federal judge is blocking the Trump administration from withholding
funds from sanctuary cities, and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth is
firing the director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, Scott Carr
has more.

Several reports say Lieutenant General Jeffrey Cruz will no longer
serve as the director of the Pentagon's main intelligence wing.
The Washington Post reports the firing follows a preliminary assessment
from the agency in June of the US military strikes
against Iran, which prompted strong backlash from the Trump administration
after the report assessed Iran's nuclear capabilities had been set

Hegseeths and President Donald trump statements that their capabilities had

at average household income, home prices, cost of living, property crime,
and violent crime rates. Ridgewood comes in at number eleven,
with an average household making nearly two hundred and eighty

at number twenty two, glen Ridge at twenty three, Summit

More authoritystell NBC four that thirty eight year old registered
sex offender Kalise Crowder was arrested again after sniffing a
woman's behind at a Walgreens in Burbank around eleven pm
Friday night. Police said they located Crowder nearby and took
him into custody without incident. He was arrested a month
ago for committing similar acts at a Nordstrom rack in Burbank.

Crowder is currently on active parole and has a documented

And Florida State Senator Joe Gruders is now the Chairman
