Gibson ruled the Utah legislature violated voters' rights by bypassing
the independent redistricting Commission established by voters. The judge also
ruled lawmakers droom maps that unlawfully favored Republicans. The legislature
now has until September twenty fourth to redraw districting lines.

States could lose federal funding if they don't enforce English
language tests for truck drivers. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy announced
the crackdown Tuesday. The move comes after an Indian immigrant
truck driver was charged with killing three people in a
crash in Florida after making an illegal U turn. Duffy
targeted California, Washington State, and New Mexico during his announcement
that driver had been granted commercial driver's licenses in California

three year old man from Valencia County was hospitalized with

plague is treatable with commonly available antibiotics, and the chances
