In just four minutes, two children were killed and many
others wounded after a school shooting this morning in Minneapolis.
This child said his friend may be the reason why
he wasn't hurt.

he laid on top of me, but he got hit.

Police say a man started shooting through the windows of
the church filled with children during a mass at the
Annunciation Catholic Church in the south side of the city.
Multiple reports say the suspect has been identified as twenty
three year old Robin Westman, who police say killed himself.
Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O'Hara said the deceased kids died
while praying in the pews. Fourteen of the wounded her children.

The school teaches pre K through eighth grade. A judge
is keeping a man in the US who was mistakenly
deported by the Trumpet administration.

A district judge has ruled that Kilmar Abrego Garcia must
remain in the nation until after an evidentiary hearing scheduled
for October sixth, with testimony from Trump Administration officials. Abrego
Garcia is expected to remain in ice custody until his
upcoming hearing, and he's also separately seeking to renew his
bid for asylum.

The Trump administration is moving to quickly redport Abrego Garcia
as he faces human smuggling charges, and it comes after
the administration deported him to El Salvador earlier this year.
The Trump administration is moving to take over Union Station
in Washington, d C. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy made that
announcement today and said the station has fallen into disrepair.
He said they will help make the city safe and
