others are wounded after a gunman opened fire at a
Catholic school in Minneapolis. Fourteen of the wounded our children,
and three are adults, and all of them are expected
to survive. Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O'Hara identified the shooter
as twenty three year old Robin Westman, who shot through

from a self inflicted gunshot wound. The Trump administration is
moving to take over Union Station in Washington. D C
Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy made the announcement today and said
the station has fallen into disrepair.

Koberger murders want a judge to prevent more photos and
video of the crime scene from being released.

Some law enforcement body camera video has been released, but
video of bedrooms was blacked out. The families of victims
Madison Mogan and Ethan Chapin will ask a judge Thursday
to prevent the release of video and photos that shows
more details of the crime scene. The families say they
got their relief when Coburger was sentenced to prison, but
the release of crime scene photos are causing emotional trauma.

On Tuesday, the Ventura County District Attorney's Office fell to
forty eight count criminal complaint against nine suspects. They are
accused of stealing from seventy one home Depot stores in Ventura,
Los Angeles, Orange Riverside in San Bernardino Counties during the
course of several years. Prosecutors say they sometimes rubbed the
same stores multiple times in a day. In all, an

estimated ten million dollars in merchandise stolen and then resold.
Home Depot says this is the largest single targeted theft
