Two children are dead in a tragic start to the
school year in Minneapolis. Seventeen other people were hurt when
a gunman opened fire through the windows of the Annunciation
Catholic School during a mass celebrating the first week of classes.
Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frice is getting a gun is too easy.

The US Attorney's Office in Washington hands on an indictment
in a felony assault case. Sean Dunn, who is seen
on videos striking the officer in the chest with the
sandwich after saying they're not wanted in DC, admitted to
the incident after he was arrested. He was fired from
his job at the Justice Department following the incident. A

The FDA is expected to reprove an updated COVID nineteen vaccine,
but only for seniors sixty five and up in people
with underlying health conditions. The CDC he is recommending the
shot for everyone six months and over, so health experts
say that's creating confers usion about who should get vaccinated.
Secretary of Health Robert Kennedy Junior has questioned the safety
of the mRNA vaccines, even though the scientific community says

they're safe. Both Pfizer and Maderna's vaccines, which are waiting
FDA approval, target the LP eight point one strain. Frontier
Lines is adding twenty new flights this winter, taking advantage
of competitor Spirit Airlines financial difficulties. Monica Nelson has details.

Many of the new flights are in Spirit markets, including
routes in Fort Lauderdale, Houston, Chicago, and Charlotte. Frontier has
spent the past three years trying and failing to merge
with Spirit, which has expressed concerns about being able to

Labor Day weekend gas prices are expected to be the
lowest since twenty twenty. According to gas Buddy, the average
price per gallon will be three dollars and fifteen cents,
marking the cheapest summer for gas prices since the pandemic.
The company's head of petroleum says he's optimistic that his
cooler weather comes in gas prices too, will seasonal cool off.
